NitiSol

NitiSol

We build you an AI employee.

One employee, trained on how your business actually runs. You can message it like anyone else on your team. But most of what it does in a week, nobody asked for.

Nothing sensitive goes out until someone on your team says yes.

  • WhatsApp
  • Email
  • Tally
  • Excel and Sheets
  • Your ERP

It works inside the tools your office already runs on. Nobody has to learn a new screen.

Last night’s shift

Yesterday 7:12 pm to this morning 8:30 am

on duty

The office was closed the whole time.

  1. 19:12 Noticed PO-1842 is not going to make Friday Promised Friday. Still not packed, and the material came in short on Tuesday.
  2. 21:40 Fixed Challan 4471 was 20 pieces short Checked it against the PO, corrected the pending quantity, drafted a debit note for Shakti Castings.
  3. 03:00 Ran on time Nightly ledger check Three invoices have crossed 45 days. Sagar Industries is the oldest at 62.
  4. 06:30 Prepared Morning brief is on your desk Seven orders open today. Two at risk. One supplier has still not confirmed.
  5. 08:05 Waiting on you A follow-up is written and waiting Payment reminder for Sagar Industries. It will not send until someone says yes.

Nobody sent it a single message.

An illustration of a typical night, not a real customer’s data.

The difference

A tool waits to be opened. An employee notices.

Every AI thing you have tried so far works the same way. You remember it exists, you open it, you type, it answers. The moment you stop typing, it stops working. Meanwhile the truck is still standing at Halol and the bill on it runs out at four. The party who already owes you eight lakh is getting another dispatch tomorrow morning, because the person booking it has no particular reason to go and look.

Your NitiSol is set up the other way around. You tell it once what matters in your business. After that it keeps checking, on its own clock, whether anybody is at their desk or not. When something crosses a line you drew, it comes and tells you, with the invoice number and the party name already pulled up.

Ask it things whenever you want. It is just no longer the only way work gets done.

Five ways work reaches it

Only one of these is you sending a message.

Same employee, five different ways it picks up work. Pick one to see what it actually looks like.

01

Hand it a job, the way you would hand it to anyone

Send it a message on WhatsApp or forward it an email. It reads the enquiry, checks your rates, and comes back with the thing you would have asked a person to make.

WhatsApp / Sales enquiries

Rahul, sales 10:42

NitiSol, Deepak Engineering wants 500 M8 zinc bolts and 200 flange nuts. Need it by Thursday. Can you make the quote?

  1. Read the enquiry 2 line items, delivery Thursday
  2. Checked the rate list M8 zinc revised on 14 Jul
  3. Checked what they paid last time 3 orders, last one in May
  4. Drafted the quotation QT-2291
Quotation draft QT-2291
Item Qty Rate Amount
M8 x 25 zinc bolt 500 nos 4.20 2,100
M8 flange nut 200 nos 2.65 530
Total ₹2,630

Thursday is tight. Zinc plating takes two days and the last batch went out on Monday.

Quote is ready for Deepak Engineering. One thing to check before I send it.

Nothing surprising here. This is the part people already expect AI to do.

02

It checks your numbers whether or not anyone is at their desk

You pick the handful worth watching. Outstanding against credit limits, e-way bills against transit, stock against reorder points. It reads them all day and stays quiet until one of them goes wrong.

Watching now

2148 Checks run today

  • Sagar Industries Outstanding 8,42,000 Limit 6,00,000 Over by 2,42,000. A dispatch is booked for tomorrow.

  • Open enquiries Unanswered 2 Older than 24h Both replied to this morning.
  • Batch 4471 Inspection Passed All 12 parameters Report filed at 16:20.

Two things need a person Everything else is inside its limits. It will not message you about those.

Nobody opened an app for any of this.

03

The routine work stops depending on somebody remembering

The morning brief, the Monday vendor rate comparison, the weekly licence expiry scan. Set the time once. It happens at that time, on the day you were travelling, on the day the accountant was on leave.

04

Some problems it can just correct, and then tell you it did

A challan short against a PO. A price list that never got updated after the raw material went up. It finds the gap, prepares the correction with the working shown, and leaves you the easy part.

What it found

Challan 4471 does not match PO-1188

Shakti Castings sent 480 pieces against an order for 500. The goods receipt was entered as 500.

Field Was Corrected to
Ordered 500 nos 500 nos
Received on challan 500 nos 480 nos
Short not recorded 20 nos
PO still pending closed 20 nos open
Value to recover not tracked ₹1,840
  • Corrected the goods receipt entry
  • Reopened PO-1188 for the balance 20 pieces
  • Drafted a debit note to Shakti Castings

It corrected its own records. The debit note is a draft, because that one goes to a supplier.

Twenty pieces on an order of five hundred. Usually found in an audit months later, if at all.

05

Anything that touches money or a customer stops and asks

It writes the payment reminder. It gets the credit note ready. Then it stops, because sending it is your call, not its call. You see exactly what will go out before it goes out.

Ready to send, not sent

Sagar Industries WhatsApp, to the number that placed the order

Payment reminder, invoice SI-2247

Good morning sir. Invoice SI-2247 dated 10 June for ₹2,84,500 is showing as pending in our books. Kindly let us know the expected date so we can plan the next dispatch. Thank you.

Rule you set
Never send to this account without asking

You read it before the customer did. That is the entire point of this one.

Work it can own

Start with the one job that keeps getting dropped.

Every NitiSol starts with one job, with edges we agree on before anything is built. These six are where most people begin.

Quotation desk

You ask it

Whoever is free copies rates off three different sheets, and sometimes quotes last year.

Starts when
An enquiry lands on WhatsApp or email
It does
Reads the request, checks the current rate list and what that customer paid last time, and drafts the quotation.
You decide
You set the price on a new customer and decide when it goes out.

Credit limit watch

It watches

A dispatch goes out to a party who already owes you eight lakh past sixty days.

Starts when
Outstanding on any account crosses the limit you set
It does
Reads the ledger and the credit limits, and names the invoices causing the breach before the next dispatch is booked.
You decide
You decide whether to hold the dispatch, call them, or raise the limit.

E-way bill watch

It watches

You find out when the truck is already sitting at a checkpost.

Starts when
A bill is going to lapse before the truck arrives
It does
Compares validity left against where the vehicle actually is, and flags the ones that will not make it.
You decide
You decide whether to extend it or call the transporter.

Stock cover check

It runs on time

A machine stops mid job because nobody looked at the stock register that morning.

Starts when
Every day, after the stock register is updated
It does
Reads stock against reorder points and open purchase orders, then puts a days-of-cover number next to every item at risk.
You decide
You decide whether to buy now, substitute, or wait.

Price list drift

It fixes things

You sell for weeks at old prices after the input cost went up, and the margin is gone before anyone notices.

Starts when
Purchase rates move and the sales price list does not
It does
Compares the last few purchase invoices against the standing price list and prepares an updated one with every changed item marked.
You decide
Nothing goes to your sales team until you approve the new list.

Payment follow-up

It waits for a yes

Some customers get chased every week. Others get forgotten for two months.

Starts when
An invoice crosses its due date
It does
Pulls the invoice, the payment history and the last conversation, then writes the reminder in the tone you already use with that party.
You decide
You read it and approve it. Old accounts stay with the person who knows them.

How yours gets built

We spend the first week learning your work, not selling you software.

There is no standard product for you to fit into, so the first week is spent in your office rather than on a call.

01

We sit with whoever actually does the job

Not their manager. The person with the register open and forty WhatsApp threads. We watch how the work really gets done, including the parts nobody has written down.

02

We decide what starts the work

A person asking. A number crossing a line. A time on the clock. Something going wrong. Most software only ever handles the first one, so we write down which of these apply to your job and build for all of them.

03

We draw the line it will not cross

What it can do on its own, what it must prepare and hand over, and what it can never touch. You set that line before anything goes live.

04

We run it on real work and keep tuning

It starts with one workflow, on your actual orders. Once your team stops checking its output, we give it the next job.

The part that actually matters

Useful without being loose.

An employee who acts on its own is only worth having if you know exactly where it stops.

It works in the tools you already have

WhatsApp, email, Tally, your sheets. Nobody on your team has to learn a new screen or remember another password.

You can see everything it did

Every run leaves a record. What it read, what it decided, what it changed, and who approved it.

Sensitive things always stop and ask

Money, customers and compliance never move on their own. It gets the action ready and waits for a person to say yes.

Your data stays in your accounts

It reads what a workflow needs and nothing else. Access is given per workflow, not as one key to the whole business.

Fair questions

Before you hand over a job.

So it is a chatbot?

You can message it, and plenty of people do. But most of what it does in a week, nobody asked for. It is watching whatever you told it to watch and running the checks you put on a clock. A chatbot sits there until you open it. This one is already working when you open it.

What can it do without asking me?

Whatever you decide, and nothing more. Most clients start it off reading, checking and preparing, with every outgoing action waiting for approval. As the team stops second guessing it, they let it close the small loops on its own. That line is yours to move, in either direction.

Will it make mistakes?

Sometimes. It is software, not magic. That is the whole reason anything that touches money, a customer or a compliance filing stops and waits for a person. It prepares. Your team decides.

Our business does not work like anyone else’s.

That is the assumption we start from. There is no standard product to fit into. We spend the first week in your registers, your Tally and your WhatsApp threads, and build around what is actually happening there.

My staff will not use new software.

They will not have to. It lives in WhatsApp and email, where they already are. For most people on the floor, nothing about their day changes except that some of the chasing stops.

Will it replace our people?

No. It does the checking so your people can do the deciding. Nobody in your office is paid for their ability to compare a challan against a purchase order at nine at night.

One job to begin with

What is the job in your office that everyone forgets until it is late?

Tell us that one. We will show you what an employee for it looks like.

Talk through a workflow
